Welcome to my personal space on the web. I’m Mike Nicholson, a consumer psychologist and marketing professor at Durham University Business School in the UK. This is a site about consumers and consumerism, as seen through a neo-Darwinian lens. In the absence of a decent text book on the subject, it is primarily aimed at my UG/PG students and industry collaborators, with Resources and Reading lists of use to them. I also Blog about consumer psychology generally, however, and offer occasional marketing Insights for practitioners, so hopefully this humble home on the web may have some broader appeal.
